We do not use information you provide for purposes unrelated to these functions.

1.2 Device and Technical Information

To protect accounts, maintain service stability, and support the normal operation of RupeeLogix, we may process necessary device-related information, including:

• Operating system version;
• App version;
• Selected device identifiers.

This information is mainly used to recognize devices, perform security checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify or prevent unusual, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent activity.

1.3 Call Log Information

With your permission, RupeeLogix may access limited call log information solely to verify your phone number through voice OTP and strengthen account security.

The information involved is limited to necessary call metadata, such as:

• Call time;
• Call duration;
• Call status.

RupeeLogix does not read, record, store, or collect call audio, spoken content, or the content of any phone conversation.

1.4 Camera Access

RupeeLogix requests camera access only when you actively choose to take or upload a profile photo.

The camera is not activated without your action and is not accessed or used automatically while the app is running in the background.

1.5 Approximate Location

RupeeLogix may use approximate location information to determine whether certain app functions or services are available in your region.

This permission is not used to continuously monitor your real-time location, obtain precise location information, or track your location in the background.

2. Why We Use Information

We use information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and protect the relevant app functions. These purposes include:

• Providing record, display, calculation, and analysis features;
• Supporting voice OTP verification and account protection;
• Recognizing devices and maintaining service security;
• Improving app stability, functionality, and user experience;
• Troubleshooting errors and technical issues;
• Detecting and preventing suspicious, abnormal, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent activity.

3. Permission Management

Certain RupeeLogix features may require access to specific device permissions. Where required, we will request your authorization before using the relevant permission.

You may review, allow, or disable permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working properly, but it will not affect features that do not depend on that permission.

4. Information Sharing

RupeeLogix does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

We do not provide your information to third parties unrelated to the service, except where processing is reasonably necessary to operate the app and its related services or where disclosure is required under applicable law.

Where necessary service providers assist with information processing, access will be limited to what is required to support the relevant service, and reasonable safeguards will be applied.

Information related to RupeeLogix services is securely stored within server environments provided or managed through rupeelogix.com.

We apply encryption and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of:

• Unauthorized alteration;
• Accidental loss;
• Misuse or destruction.

Although we take reasonable steps to protect information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
